Founded in 1993 by three men in recovery wishing to create a safe and sober environment to sustain the African American Community has evolved into today's Miracles Club. The Miracles Club of Portland has a cooperative relationship with Multnomah County, Oregon Health Authority, Central City Concern, Guardian Management, Bridges to Change, Quest and HealthShare.

Miracles is a community recovery center that offers addiction peer services to the African American Community, a fellowship hall, a wellness program, events and meeting space for community recovery meetings.

The Miracles Club Mission Statement The Miracles Club is a Black, Peer led, Recovery Center, committed to providing safe sapces for marginalized, historically oppressed racial and ethnic groups.
